  • Set examples as a working manager for sales team members in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational, and selling skills, and work habits
  • Conduct regular coaching and counseling with sales team members to build motivation and selling skills
  • Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Current and valid US driver's license preferred
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in sales and personnel management
  • At least 1 year of experience with estimating software solutions
  • At least 1 year of experience with the commercial door and hardware industry required
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong customer relation skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of door hardware, access control, and locks
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Work Environment

This job operates primarily in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. May occasionally require business travel.
