Job Opportunity

Seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts at the Hilton Garden Inn Center City Philadelphia.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and exceeds sales targets. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and collaborating with the director of sales and marketing to develop and execute the department budget and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and exceeds sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the director of sales and marketing to develop and execute the department budget and sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date on local market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales and marketing experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
