Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Red Bull North America. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building influential relationships with Directors of Sales and Distribution (DSD) at Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC).

Main Responsibilities
  • Communicate priorities and manage important Red Bull North America (RBNA) initiatives
  • Develop systems to increase goal execution and monitor progress against business plans
  • Work together with the RBDC DSD to improve performance and ensure in-market execution exceeds objectives
  • Build understanding between RBDC Leadership and the Senior Director of Distribution (SDOD)
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Sales experience in the Consumer Goods industry (Beverage required)
  • 6+ years of management experience
  • Experience working with or managing a DSD network on a regional scale
  • Negotiation experience
  • Experience developing successful sales and trade marketing strategies
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in place of degree
  • Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
  • Travel 10-20%
