About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Aurora Ventures. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our regional manager and assembly manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the regional manager and assembly manager with various tasks, including monitoring deadlines and creating documents.
  • Track and manage deadlines to ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Support the installers in Germany and the Czech Republic by providing administrative assistance.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial or technical education.
  • Technical understanding is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills and communicative appearance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
