Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Intek Heating and Air. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including preparing correspondences, reports, and other documents.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Plan and schedule appointments, meetings, and events to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Communication: Greet and assist onsite guests, answer telephone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Develop and implement organized filing systems, both physical and digital, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • General Office Tasks: Perform various general office tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in office administration or a related field is required.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business administration or a related field is an asset.
