About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Preparation Specialist to join our team at FORVIS. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of documents for our engagement teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Formatting and Editing: Format and edit Microsoft Word and Excel document content provided by the engagement teams, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Review and Feedback: Participate in a review process to incorporate feedback and ensure documents meet the required standards.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative office duties, including mail, filing, copying, meeting setup, and other tasks as needed.
  • Errands and Facilities Support: Perform occasional errands, such as post office runs, and provide facilities support as required.
  • Correspondence and Administrative Assistance: Provide correspondence and administrative assistance to partners and managers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: Two years or more of experience in a professional office environment.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, excellent grammar, punctuation, editing, proofing, and verbal communication skills.
