Revenue Recognition Accountant

Vaco is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Recognition Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing the revenue accounting operations and providing support to cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of revenue recognition policies and procedures.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support to management and other teams.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including revenue recognition and accounting for complex transactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve revenue-related issues and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as required to support the accounting team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue recognition and accounting.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
