Pain Management Business Development Representative

At Commonwealth Pain and Spine, we are seeking a highly skilled Pain Management Business Development Representative to join our team.
This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships within the healthcare community, sourcing referrals, and managing key performance indicators.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development initiatives and strategies
- Analyze industry trends and monitor potential business impact
- Review KPI reports and adjust strategies to maximize results
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and maintain partnerships
- Travel to connect with and support partners in healthcare communities
Requirements:
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong presentation skills and computer-based skills
