Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at V-Soft Consulting Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT staffing and a proven track record of building successful business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain comprehensive business plans to target new accounts and expand existing ones.
  • Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer requisitions.
  • Conduct qualification calls to gain precise job descriptions and understand company requirements and cultures for accurate matches.
  • Research and identify potential new business opportunities and develop relationships with current customers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT staffing, with a proven track record of building a successful book of business.
  • Extensive sales experience in a service-oriented environment.
  • Strong technical staffing background, preferably in IT.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
