Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and quote deficiencies identified by field technicians.
  • Exhibit flexibility and enthusiasm in addressing customer needs.
  • Propose innovative solutions while collaborating with clients on deficiencies.
  • Deliver timely estimates and proposals to clients.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities or HVAC services, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and piping design, estimating, and sales.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid mathematical and financial acumen.
  • Interest in business development, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • A keen understanding of and interest in contemporary technologies.
