About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Rexel USA. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and applications, providing expert advice to customers.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales or electrical industry experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and relevant ERP systems.
Working Conditions

The Sales Representative will be required to travel frequently to customer sites and may be exposed to various working conditions, including high noise levels and electrical hazards.
