About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze customer data to identify sales opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Conduct competitive product comparisons and identify areas for improvement to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize our Customer Retention Management System (CRM) to track customer interactions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; sales experience a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales experience in coatings, automotive, or a related field.
  • Outside sales experience a plus.
  • Experience utilizing a CRM system to track customer interactions.
  • Previous experience conducting product demos to assist in sales.
Travel Requirements

75% of time spent away from home or other typical office location.
