Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our National Accounts team as an Experienced National Accounts Sales Representative. This role will focus on developing business relationships with national accounts, ensuring accurate and competitive estimates, and meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Call on national accounts to develop business relationships with end-users and targeted general contractors.
  • Estimate and Proposal Management: Ensure estimates are accurate and competitive, and all appropriate bid forms are used and procedures are followed.
  • Project Management: Complete projects on schedule, under budgeted costs, and to the satisfaction of the owner.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
  • Travel and Work Schedule: Standard work hours are 7:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday, with some weekends required as necessary, and up to 30% travel requirement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of sales or relevant experience in the door and dock industry.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems.
