Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete parts sales cycle from initiation to completion.
  • Engage with both staff and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Effectively communicate regarding the status of customer parts inquiries.
  • Interpret and utilize the parts catalog for accurate parts identification and customer interaction.
  • Handle incoming calls, providing pricing information and additional details to customers.
  • Examine body shop estimates to ensure the accuracy of ordered parts and pricing alignment.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
  • Retrieve and fulfill orders from inventory while conducting regular stock checks to maintain accuracy.
