Drive business growth and enhance revenue through engagement with current clients, distributors, and end-user customers, aiming to achieve quarterly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and nurture customer relationships by managing inbound inquiries and initiating outbound communications with a diverse range of existing and prospective clients, while consistently meeting daily outbound call objectives.
- Utilize your understanding of SSI sales methodologies, the industrial lighting sector, and material handling components to assess customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Establish and cultivate strong customer relationships to facilitate the achievement of sales goals.
- Identify and engage low-value, new, and/or dormant customers.
- Conduct research and navigate through company ERP and SalesForce systems to verify product pricing and availability, document customer feedback, and manage quotes.
- Employ established SSI products, sales processes, and customer service protocols to deliver prompt and effective customer support.
HOW TO SUCCEED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Inside Sales or relevant customer service role, with a proven ability to manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Solid understanding of the industrial lighting and parts industries, including knowledge of products, customers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Proficient in inside sales techniques, including cold calling, customer qualification, and acquisition strategies.
- Experience in processing credit card transactions.
- Familiarity with business operations and Sales Force software.
