As a recognized leader in the commercial door and dock industry, we invite seasoned sales professionals with over a decade of experience in this field to elevate their careers with DH Pace Company, Inc.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage with national accounts to cultivate business relationships (including end users and targeted general contractors)
  • Ensure that all estimates are precise and competitive
  • Utilize appropriate bid forms and adhere to established procedures
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
  • Achieve or surpass sales and gross profit targets
  • Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
  • Maintain and regularly update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend work as necessary; travel may be required up to 30% of the time
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

This position is primarily based at our Corporate Headquarters. However, we are open to considering candidates from various locations who meet the necessary qualifications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales or relevant experience in the door and dock sector
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Strong understanding of technical applications and mechanical systems
