Sales Representative

At StretchLab, we're seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with new membership sales, booking clients into intro classes, and retaining current members.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager with the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closes
- Book and confirm client and prospect stretch sessions
- Manage the front desk, greeting and checking in clients and prospects
- Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships and targeting individual needs and wants
- Maintain a high level of personal sales production
- Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
- Participate in special events to promote the Lab
- Ensure the studio is clean and tidy
- Assist with creation of StretchLab social media content
Requirements:
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and assisted stretching programs and retail
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
