Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our commercial restoration team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with our restoration team to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the commercial restoration industry
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Xactimate, DASH, and MICA experience a plus
  • IICRC qualifications in Fire, Water, and Mold a strong asset
  • Commercial and residential construction experience a must
  • Background in reconstruction and mitigation a plus
  • Highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
