Account Manager Opportunity at LandCare

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at LandCare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and promoting high standards for customer service, safety, and our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Service and Retention: Drive customer satisfaction and retention by understanding individual client needs, providing excellent service, and promoting high standards for customer service and safety.
  • New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate and maintain business relationships, and actively prospect for potential clients.
  • Organizational Management: Provide leadership and communication between clients and production teams, and work cooperatively to find delivery solutions.
  • Proposal and Contract Management: Create client proposals, contracts, and recommendations that meet each client's objectives and are accurately priced.
