Job Summary:

Pecheles Toyota is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Sales Team as an Automotive Sales Specialist. Our Career Path Program provides paid training and offers employees the opportunity to expand their skills rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a superior customer experience by delivering professional, engaging, and knowledgeable vehicle presentations.
  • Demonstrate vehicle technology and features to customers.
  • Engage in continuing education and learning opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Apply training to aid customers in vehicle selection and make recommendations.
  • Accurately track and follow up with all leads, prospects, and tasks utilizing the company-provided software and technology.
  • Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns to the General Manager.

Requirements:

  • Be driven, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service, including the ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (5 days/week).
  • Maintain professional attire and appearance.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
