Position Summary:
The Kemper Home Service division is in search of a Sales Manager to oversee agents within a designated territory. The Sales Manager's responsibilities encompass recruiting, training, and supervising an average of seven agents.

Key Responsibilities:


Accountable for the performance of assigned agents, the Sales Manager is expected to drive results through ongoing recruitment, training, and supervisory efforts.

Actively seek out potential agent candidates.
Engage regularly with assigned agents, overseeing their sales and collection activities.
Conduct field and phone inspections to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Provide support for agencies lacking an assigned agent.
Report directly to the District Manager.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in sales management or a related field.
Must hold valid licenses in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty.

This role necessitates both in-office and fieldwork, with 50-100% of time dedicated to recruiting, training, and supporting agents in their territories.
