Our Career Path Program allows Sales Team members to advance to Senior Consultant roles within 24 months, preparing them for future leadership positions in areas such as:

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide a superior customer experience by delivering professional, engaging, and knowledgeable vehicle presentations
  • Demonstrate vehicle technology and features
  • Engage in continuing education and learning opportunities
  • Apply training to aid customers in vehicle selection and make recommendations
  • Accurately track and follow up with all leads, prospects, and tasks using company-provided software and technology
  • Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns to the General Manager

**Qualifications**

  • Be driven, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Commitment to excellent customer service, including the ability to create and maintain customer relationships
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (5 days/week)
  • Maintain professional attire and appearance
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
