$20-$23/hr - Varies Based on Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport customers to and from their residences or businesses using the company vehicle.
Collect parts, supplies, tires, etc., from vendors and/or the corporate office using the company vehicle.
Operate the company vehicle safely and courteously, adhering to all traffic regulations.
Conduct State Safety and Emission Inspections on vehicles ethically, following all company and state guidelines.
Perform tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing, and tire rotation.
Execute oil changes and other basic services as directed by the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
While conducting basic services, observe the general condition of vehicles and report any apparent repairs or safety issues to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
Maintain cleanliness in the shop, including the service area, tire racks, showroom, and exterior, to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Possess a valid driver's license or obtain one within 30 days of hire
Ability to work a minimum of five days per week
Previous automotive experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated and hardworking individuals with a passion for cars.
Candidates should demonstrate a high level of motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where there is always work to be done.
A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and criminal background check.
