- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and preferences, providing accurate and detailed information about our vehicle inventory, features, and pricing.
- Negotiation and Sales: Conduct negotiations and present pricing options to customers, collaborating with the finance and insurance teams to secure financing and complete sales documentation.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of current automotive industry trends, products, and competitors, staying up-to-date on new models and features.
- Follow-up and Sales Targets: Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
- Self-Motivation and Drive: Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills, with experience with CRM software a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
