Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at IMA Financial Group. As a key member of our benefits practice, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in client advisory or risk management, with a proven track record of success in sales and leadership. A Risk Management Degree is also desirable. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a deep understanding of insurance coverages, markets, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate and nurture meaningful working relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and referral sources.
- Develop and implement customized solutions to meet clients' unique needs and goals.
- Provide expert advice on insurance coverages, carrier selection, and risk management strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in agency management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year (dependent on experience and location)
