Job Summary:
A Senior Sales Leadership opportunity has arisen at Avancer, a cutting-edge automation solutions provider. As our new Business Development Director, you will drive sustainable growth by identifying customer needs and increasing market share.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of team leadership, commercial experience, and direct customer interactions. They will be able to provide technical engineering mentorship, build long-term customer relationships, and lead sales activities.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for providing world-class automation solutions, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Account Managers and Applications Engineers
• Build long-term customer relationships and execute sales activities
• Develop strategic commercial plans and instill KPIs and accountability within the sales team
• Negotiate contracts ranging from $5MM - $25MM
• Travel up to 15%
