Facilities Manager and Account Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager and Account Strategist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading client accounts, ensuring financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the account team.
- Identify and execute opportunities for strategic account development, driving organic growth through extra works and projects.
- Act as the single point of contact for overall account operations, ensuring contractual compliance.
This role requires a minimum of four years of related experience and/or training, with prior supervisory experience preferred. The successful candidate will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong commercial insight.
What You'll Need to Succeed- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred with a focus on business, technical, or management areas.
CBRE offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits program that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
