Operations and Administrative Specialist

Clean Harbors, a leading provider of environmental, energy, and industrial services, is seeking an experienced Branch Administrator to join their team in Greenville, SC. As a representative of the company, this role will serve as a liaison between Clean Harbors and clients, ensuring a continuous working relationship.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing all administrative duties daily, ensuring a safe and proper execution of Clean Harbors services across all sectors. Key tasks include:
- Ensuring Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Coordinating with our logistics team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of our services;
- Managing our accounts payable and receivable functions;
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients;
- Assisting with financial planning and budgeting;
Requirements include:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role;
- Previous Account Receivable experience preferred;
- Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office programs;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
Clean Harbors offers a competitive salary of $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and development.
