Clean Harbors, a leading provider of environmental, energy, and industrial services, is seeking an experienced Branch Administrator to join their team in Greenville, SC. As a representative of the company, this role will serve as a liaison between Clean Harbors and clients, ensuring a continuous working relationship.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing all administrative duties daily, ensuring a safe and proper execution of Clean Harbors services across all sectors. Key tasks include:

  • Ensuring Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Coordinating with our logistics team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of our services;
  • Managing our accounts payable and receivable functions;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients;
  • Assisting with financial planning and budgeting;

Requirements include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role;
  • Previous Account Receivable experience preferred;
  • Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office programs;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;

Clean Harbors offers a competitive salary of $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and development.
