As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the critical first point of contact for Varonis, working with prospective customers to identify sales opportunities and drive future revenues.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Varonis' sales process and core products to effectively sell to prospective customers.
  • Identify decision makers amongst targeted leads to initiate the sales process.
  • Present and pitch Varonis' products and services to potential customers through high-volume phone calls and email campaigns.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals from field activity, marketing efforts, and individual prospecting.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to determine a strategic sales approach and monitor crucial sales activities.
  • Maintain accurate account information and activity detail in SalesForce (CRM).


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College/University or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding phone skills and ability to handle a high volume of calls per day.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and gain commitment at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
  • Personal drive and internal motivation towards high achievement.
  • Sense of humor.


Training and Development

As an incoming Sales Development Representative, you will receive exceptional education and training on Varonis products, value proposition, and industry. You will learn how to convey the value of Varonis products to top positions within the cyber security industry and will be required to pass certifications as part of the training program.
