About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team at Orkin. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their pest control needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Orkin's products and services, including pest control solutions and prevention methods.
  • Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management, and present sales pitches and proposals in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve client issues, and provide solutions to meet their pest control needs.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
  • Physical Demands: Ability to safely use a ladder, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and work in different types of weather conditions.
