Position Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Account Executive to enhance our client services team, dedicated to serving our expanding mid-market B2B clientele. This role is perfect for individuals with 2-3 years of marketing experience who are eager to build upon their existing knowledge.

As part of a multi-channel team, you will engage directly with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a natural curiosity, and experience in public relations, social media, or digital marketing. Strong project management abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.

You will be an integral member of our Client Services Team, working under the guidance of the VP of Client Services, and collaborating closely with the Client Services, Creative, and Digital Teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing multi-channel marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing client reputation and driving growth.
  • Create engaging and effective content, including press releases, media pitches, articles, blogs, client reports, and presentations.
  • Manage client trade show events, including booth logistics, contest planning, and campaigns to generate interest.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Director to ensure timely execution of client digital marketing strategies, encompassing advertising, social media, e-communications, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Effectively manage client programs across Client Services, Creative, and Digital teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Communicate comfortably with executive-level client contacts.
  • Provide additional agency support by attending meetings, meeting deadlines, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Contribute to agency growth through participation in new business initiatives for both current and prospective clients, including writing, research, and presentation development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience in an agency or corporate marketing environment.
  • Experience in B2B and/or manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
  • A bachelor's or associate degree in a relevant marketing discipline.
  • Ability to remain adaptable, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated writing and storytelling skills; writing samples are required.
  • Strong planning and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on seeing projects through to completion.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ambitious and passionate about delivering quality work, continuous learning, and career advancement.
  • A collaborative team player who can accept and apply feedback to keep projects progressing efficiently.
