Position Summary:
The Field Sales Representative will focus on expanding our client base within a designated sales territory. This role involves identifying potential leads through strategic prospecting and cold calling, while effectively communicating our value proposition to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and follow-ups on leads generated from various sources.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track sales activities and results.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility.
  • Learn from and collaborate with other sales representatives to adopt best practices.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in outside sales, particularly in blue-collar or industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A four-year degree.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Motivation to engage with new prospects through phone and in-person interactions.
  • Experience using CRM systems for tracking sales performance.
