As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their specific needs, and providing customized solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to assess their packaging needs and support the development of new packaging projects.
  • Maintain and service existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Create and deliver formal presentations to clients regarding proposed products.
  • Prepare price quotes, outlining terms of sale, delivery timelines, and assist with custom order preparations pending company approval.
  • Investigate and expedite product claims and complaints in line with company policies for safe and quality food packaging, while recommending corrective actions.
  • Keep the company updated on competitive products, promotional activities, sales strategies, pricing, and market policies.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports detailing activities, sales figures, expenses, etc.
  • Develop sales forecasts and budgets as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing sales or related fields.
  • A business degree is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as voicemail systems, copiers, faxes, and calculators.
  • Experience in B2B sales and direct sales from manufacturers is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of plastics, packaging, design processes, and product design cycles is an advantage.
  • Occasional travel to customer sites in the region may be required.
