Job Description

Job Summary:

Bardes Plastics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Custom Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building strong relationships with our clients and identifying new opportunities for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Meet with clients to understand their packaging needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Account Management: Maintain and service existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including packaging solutions, to effectively communicate with clients and identify new opportunities.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver formal presentations to clients regarding proposed products and services.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports detailing sales activities, sales figures, and expenses.
  • Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts and budgets as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing sales or related fields.
  • Education: Business degree is a plus, but not required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel), and ability to operate office equipment such as voicemail systems, copiers, faxes, and calculators.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to customer sites in southeast Wisconsin is required.
