About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Alro Steel Corporation. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing an established customer base, pricing and processing orders, solving customer delivery and material challenges, and interacting with operations on behalf of the customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an existing customer base to increase sales and revenue.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer orders.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
