  • Guiding candidates through the application process.
  • Creating job requisitions within our applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinating interview schedules among candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Identifying potential candidates through networking, online postings, resume databases, and job boards.
  • Conducting preliminary phone interviews.
  • Facilitating reference checks for qualified candidates.
  • Administering pre-employment assessment tests.
  • Drafting offer letters and managing background checks.
  • Updating candidate statuses in the applicant tracking system.
  • Following up with candidates who are on hold.
  • Maintaining and updating job postings and descriptions as necessary.
  • Assisting with special projects as required.

The compensation for this position is set at a rate of $25 per hour, with a standard work week of 40 hours.
