Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Trinity Solar is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our high-energy Sales divisions. In this role, you will drive the talent acquisition process, handle high-volume job reposting, manage and update Excel spreadsheets, and prepare reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Job Reposting: Manage the reposting process for open sales positions across various platforms, ensuring consistent visibility and engagement for each role.
  • Spreadsheet Management: Create, update, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets for tracking candidate pipelines, recruiting metrics, and other relevant data.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute reports on recruiting activity, metrics, and other data-driven insights for Director-level reviews. Ensure data accuracy and provide actionable recommendations based on analysis.
  • Talent Support: Assist with the coordination of interviews, communication with candidates, and scheduling as needed to support the Talent Acquisition team's efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales leadership team and the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure alignment on hiring needs and priorities. This role requires regular communication with Director-level stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement within the recruitment workflow and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to implement changes that drive efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative support role.
  • Experience in a role requiring significant Excel usage, including data manipulation, reporting, and creating pivot tables.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a high-visibility role or experience supporting senior leadership teams is a plus.
