Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

MTA, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute effective recruitment and selection processes to source diverse and talented candidates.
  • Manage a team responsible for talent acquisition activities, including posting vacancies, screening applicants, and onboarding new hires.
  • Coordinate with employment testing and background verification processes to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Develop and implement talent pipelines and employment branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with business units and other stakeholders to plan, develop, and implement talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or a related area, including at least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a high-profile, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • SPHR or SHRM certification in HR management.
  • Prior experience working in a large, multi-faceted, fast-paced organization.
