Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our recruitment team at Fox News Media. As a key member of our hiring process, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the recruiting life cycle, from posting job opportunities to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with all aspects of the recruiting life cycle, including posting job opportunities, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Coordinate with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate travel, conference room reservations, and interview confirmations.
  • Request background checks and onboarding for new hires, tracking to ensure completion.
  • Prepare and send candidate offer letters and close out hires in Workday.
  • Track candidate interview status in Workday.
  • Respond to candidate questions and provide updates on application status.
  • Set up team meeting conference/video calls, prepare agendas, and process invoices.
  • Conduct reference checks.

Requirements

  • Assistant or Coordinator experience scheduling a high volume of interviews or meetings.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with the ability to create detailed recruitment activity reports.
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate effectively with all staff levels, candidates, and vendors.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up.
  • A positive, team-oriented focus with the ability to maintain constant communication with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers.
  • The ability to proactively prioritize, problem solve, and multi-task simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Good judgment and the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in East/West coast time zones and work overtime as needed.
  • Must be social media savvy.
  • Previous experience or interest in recruiting or human resources is a plus.
  • Experience using Workday or other enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems.

What We Offer

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $22.25-28.85 per hour for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
