About the Team

The Large Customer Sales (LCS) team at Snap Inc. is responsible for driving advertiser revenue growth via depth of brand / business unit spend across the largest and most prominent Fortune 500 advertisers. As a Sales Operations Lead on this team, you will play a critical role in maximizing ads business growth and performance by being the objective, trusted partner to the Sales Leadership team.

You will collaborate with Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners to identify areas of market opportunity, craft plans to capture those opportunities, and reinforce the operational backbone of the Sales team. You will also work closely with Sales Leaders to track pipeline health and forecast revenue growth.

This role plays a critical role in spearheading critical initiatives that power the Sales team's growth and success. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic support to vertical leaders and proactively seeking to improve the Americas LCS business in a data-driven way.
  • Supporting weekly revenue forecasting and partnering with Sales leaders on reporting their weekly numbers.
  • Leveraging sales pipeline data and direct sales input to develop review materials and ad hoc analyses.
  • Identifying business insights both internally and leveraging external market intelligence.
  • Establishing and embedding critical metrics to guide the team's behaviors and evaluate progress.
  • Creating strategies and defining commercial tactics to grow revenue, active customers, product adoption, and sales productivity.

The ideal candidate for this role will have 4+ years of experience involving analytical rigor and program management/operational skills, typically seen in functions like Management Consulting, Sales/Business Operations, Finance or other similar functions. They should also have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

We offer competitive compensation packages that let you share in Snap's long-term success. In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The estimated annual salary for this role is $140,000-$200,000.
