Business Development Executive for Large Enterprise GTS

About this role:
\Exceptions">The Business Development Executive is a field-based sales professional responsible for driving both client retention and growth through contract expansion and the introduction of new products and services. You will collaborate with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Gartner's offerings.
">Key responsibilities:
">- Account management aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and retention
- Quota responsibility of $800,000+ in contract value within a major client account territory
- Mastery of Gartner's sales methodology and consistent execution
- Account planning and territory management
- Forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Knowledge of competitive market trends and focus
- In-depth knowledge of Gartner's products and services
What we're looking for:
">- 5-8 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in high technology (services, software, or consultative environment) with evidence of prior success
- Strong intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
- Proven ability to build excellent client relationships at C-level within large enterprise organizations
- Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills
- Understanding of the full life cycle of the sales process
- Bachelor's or master's degree - desired
Compensation and benefits:
