Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Alnylam. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
  • Provide educational programs and in-services to healthcare professionals to enhance their knowledge of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective market development and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, biology, or chemistry.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
