Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services to protect people and property.
  • Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support.
  • Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client sites, meeting or exceeding financial and operational goals, and providing quality customer service.
  • Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Assure regular communication of issues or program with clients, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
  • Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.
  • Other management responsibilities as determined by leadership, including staff development, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement experience.
  • At least two years of business management/operations/supervisory experience, depending on the size/scope of the client.
  • Ability to develop and grow customer relationships, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff, with a focus on staff management and development.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, conflict management, and time management skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented management environment.
  • Previous payroll, billing, and scheduling experience, with a focus on financial management and customer service.
