Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking an active role in the day-to-day operation of the store, including managing inventory and maintaining store appearance
  • Providing coaching, training, and development to store employees
  • Ensuring customer needs are met by maintaining good customer relations and resolving complaints
  • Communicating with management and HR on personnel issues and implementing disciplinary actions as needed
  • Ensuring store safety and security measures are in place and maintained
  • Implementing loss prevention measures and maintaining accurate records
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience
  • Ability to accurately handle POS and cash transactions
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Pass a background check, including criminal history and sex offender registry
Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis
  • Ability to grasp, push, pull objects up to 50lbs
  • Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks
Schedule

Our stores operate 7 days a week, and work schedules are determined by management. Full-time associates may be scheduled to work any full-time shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
