ROLE OBJECTIVE
The primary aim of this position is to assist in initiatives that elevate quality, product integrity, and compliance related to laboratory, manufacturing, and facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate growing expertise in essential quality engineering functions, including:
1. Support the qualification lifecycle by reviewing and approving protocols, discrepancies, non-conformances, and reports pertaining to Qualifications and Validations at the site, encompassing Facility Systems, Laboratory Instruments, Equipment, and Packaging.
2. Provide quality assistance to the Quality Engineering team on routine tasks and projects as needed.
3. Conduct data analysis to facilitate investigations or process enhancements, including root cause analysis.
4. Aid in the review and resolution of engineering deviations.
5. Support audit and inspection activities.
6. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of cGMPs, product categories, and any additional training requirements for assigned responsibilities.
7. Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

EHS Responsibilities – All Associates:
1. Understand and comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols.
2. Report unsafe conditions and any injuries, illnesses, or hazardous material releases.
3. Utilize personal protective equipment as required.
4. Participate in EHS training programs.
5. Follow all safe work practices.

Quality Responsibilities – All Associates:
1. Adhere to all Quality Compliance standards (Data Integrity, QA, and QC, etc.).
2. Comply with QMS policies and regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
We seek candidates with the following essential skills to help us achieve our objectives:
1. An Associate's degree in science, engineering, business, or relevant field experience with a minimum of 2 years in an FDA-regulated environment.
2. At least 2 years of experience in Quality, Validation, Product/Process Development, or Engineering roles.
3. Proficiency in risk assessment, problem-solving, and process improvement methodologies, including FMEA and 5 Whys, to enhance GMP processes and products.
4. Experience in authoring, reviewing, and/or approving qualification and validation protocols and reports in a GMP setting.
5. Capability to perform data analysis and root cause analysis to support deviation investigations, corrective actions, and process improvements.
6. Knowledge of cGMPs and FDA regulatory standards.
