About the Role

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS) is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Lincoln, NE. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Control and Improvement: Develop and implement methods and procedures to ensure product quality and minimize defects.
  • Testing and Inspection: Design and install sophisticated testing equipment and perform product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels.
  • Quality Analysis: Analyze reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with supplier representatives on quality problems and contribute to supplier quality improvement programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in an applicable engineering or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
