Position Overview:
NiSUS Technologies Corporation is seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the quality standards of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize statistical techniques and conduct thorough analysis of products and processes to drive cost efficiency and enhance operational performance.
  • Identify issues, implement process enhancements, and oversee projects that align with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, both manually and through software applications, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions regarding minor adjustments and propose recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of challenges and ensure optimal production methods.
  • Evaluate supplier quality management systems and generate detailed reports.
  • Review customer feedback and develop effective corrective action plans.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Design, implement, and maintain quality management systems and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with document retention policies.
  • Operate various office equipment including copiers, scanners, and computers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with familiarity in technical documentation and drawings.
  • Preferred background in Quality Assurance and Control.
  • Proficient in applying mathematical concepts including calculus and statistics.
  • Strong analytical skills to define problems, gather data, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to interpret and work with complex engineering drawings.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with external partners and customers.
