Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with familiarity in interpreting technical drawings and documentation.
  • Preferred background in Quality Assurance and Control.
  • Proficient in applying mathematical concepts including calculus and statistics.
  • Strong analytical skills to define problems, gather data, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with external partners, suppliers, and customers.
