Administrative Coordinator

Acadia Realty is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide administrative support for our satellite office in downtown Brooklyn. This is a full-time onsite position based in Brooklyn, New York.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including accounts payable and receivable, and vendor management.
- Assist with bidding and contracting services, as well as preparing and monitoring service agreements.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, including communication and issue resolution.
- Assist with updating and enforcing property rules and regulations.
- Process tenant billings and assist with expense report submissions.
- Order supplies and manage office inventory.
- Provide backup support to management team members as needed.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years' administrative and/or facilities experience.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
