Acadia Realty is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide administrative support for our satellite office in downtown Brooklyn. This is a full-time onsite position based in Brooklyn, New York.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including accounts payable and receivable, and vendor management.
  • Assist with bidding and contracting services, as well as preparing and monitoring service agreements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, including communication and issue resolution.
  • Assist with updating and enforcing property rules and regulations.
  • Process tenant billings and assist with expense report submissions.
  • Order supplies and manage office inventory.
  • Provide backup support to management team members as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years' administrative and/or facilities experience.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
What We Offer:
