Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced administrative assistant with a passion for furniture knowledge to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant/Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for effectively managing time and tasks, providing excellent customer service, and proficiently communicating with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, supplies, and light account payables
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics with FedEx, UPS, and other carriers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Assist with problem-solving and relationship-building
  • Stay organized and motivated in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize Google Suites, FedEx, UPS Worldship, and Zendesk to streamline tasks and communication
